We are within walking distance of the Olds River and the Kalsin Pond, or a short drive to the Pasagshak River. All are great fishing spots! All bookings require a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking within seven days of booking and full payment 60 days prior to arrival. All bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking. Refund for cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund, less 25% of deposit. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to date of arrival are non-refundable. Guest may choose to apply full deposit toward a future reservation with Kodiak Olds River Inn as long as it is scheduled within the next year.
Daily maid services are not provided.

PET POLICY
We accept pets upon approval at the Olds River Inn and welcome your pet as our guest with the following requirements: There is a $50 cleaning fee. We ask that pets be up-to-date with all their shots. Please take your pets with you on all outings – we are not an alternative to boarding. Pets are not allowed on the bed or other furniture. If any pet damage is discovered during or after your stay your credit card will be charged and you will receive a document detailing the charge and damage. Enjoy the company of your pets and enjoy your stay!
