Fred and Mary Barber built a destination experience in Kodiak with their restaurant, brewery and inn in 2011. It is a local treasure and a must stop whenever visiting the emerald isle. Renowned for it’s luxury dining experience overlooking the scenic views of Kodiak. You won’t find another restaurant like it. Fred and Mary take great pride in the food served in their restaurant making most of the items from scratch. The kitchen also uses a seasonal menu providing you with the freshest ingredients and seafood on island.

Our inn is our little slice of paradise with eight luxurious cabins within walking distance of the restaurant and brewery. We are the perfect stay for your outdoor Alaskan getaway. Whether you are looking for an adventure, a romantic getaway for two, a group destination or a hunting and fishing location of your dreams you will find everything you need right here. Our cabins are within walking distance of the Olds River and the Kalsin Pond, or a short drive to Pasagshak which are all fishing spots. You have nearby hiking, bird and wildlife viewing, public beaches for beach combing, surfing, whale watching, fishing and ATV trails.
If you are staying at our cabins, camping or out the road for the day we have the last-minute items you are looking for. Candy, ice, liquor, oil, charcoal, local gifts, snacks or Fred’s brew to go stop by and check us out. We will have what you are looking for and we are closer than town to keep your adventures going out the road! Open at the same time as our restaurant and brewery!! We also have an ATM inside also!
Available for our cabin guests, we have options for fishing charters on our boat or ATV. With our premier location, we can easily take you on an Alaskan fishing or ATV adventure of a lifetime. We are at Mile 30 approximately 40 minutes outside of the town of Kodiak. On the way to see us enjoy the sight-seeing, wildlife, hiking, fishing or beachcombing.
