Welcome to Kodiak Alaska's Olds River Inn

Our luxurious cabins are within walking distance of the Olds River and the Kalsin Pond, or a short drive to the Pasagshak River. All are great fishing spots! We have the perfect place for bird and wildlife viewing, hiking, and sightseeing! ATV trips and fishing charters are available. Stay with us and experience the best of Kodiak Island Alaska!

Fred & Mary Barber decided to build a small Inn & restaurant out of town to bring a destination place to Kodiak! We take great pride in the food served in our restaurant. Many items are made from scratch, we serve local produce when available and provide exceptional service to our guests. The Inn is our little place in paradise! The rooms have a bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, satellite TV, and internet service with a spectacular undisturbed view.

Oh no. Speechless and heavy hearted - he truly was a Kodiak icon. I so enjoyed his articles in the Kodiak paper, his wisdom and humor. He was a Kodiak treasure for sure.
